How long we keep your monitoring data and how we protect it.

Older data is removed automatically by a daily job. Deleting a monitor removes its history immediately; deleting a workspace removes everything it contains.
Security
- All traffic is encrypted with TLS; passwords are stored only as salted hashes; credentials and tokens you enter for monitors are encrypted at rest and shown masked.
- Webhooks we send are signed with HMAC-SHA256 so you can verify they came from us.
- Access to production systems is limited to authorised staff and logged.
- Card payments are handled entirely by Razorpay; we store no card numbers.
