Where down, recovery, slow-response and certificate alerts are delivered.
| Channel | What you need | Available on |
|---|---|---|
| An email address | All plans | |

| Discord | Channel webhook URL | Launch and above |

| Telegram | Bot token and chat ID | Launch and above |
| PagerDuty | Events v2 integration key | Growth and above |
Events you receive
- Down: confirmed outage, with the regions that observed it and the error.
- Recovered: service is back, with total downtime.
- Slow response: a check exceeded the response-time threshold.
- SSL expiring: 30, 14, 7, 3 and 1 day before a certificate expires, plus your own threshold.
- Test: sent when you press the test button.
Down alerts only
Turn this on for a contact that should only hear about outages, for example a paging channel that should not be woken for recoveries or slow responses.
Delivery status
The Alert contacts page shows when each contact was last used and whether delivery succeeded. If a channel keeps failing, check the webhook URL or token and send a test.
