Payments
All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Razorpay, which accepts international credit and debit cards; card details never touch our servers. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
If a payment fails
Nothing changes for seven days while your card is retried and we email you. After that the workspace moves to Starter limits: monitors above the free allowance are paused (never deleted), check intervals are slowed and extra regions removed. Everything is restored automatically as soon as a payment succeeds.
